Education Background in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Developing technical designs and structural analyses for scaffolding projects, often using CAD software and conducting site surveys.  - Ensuring scaffolding is designed and erected according to relevant safety regulations and industry standards, including Work at Height Regulations (WAHR) and Construction (Design and Management) (CDM) Regulations.  - Identifying and mitigating potential hazards associated with scaffolding, developing control measures to minimize risks.  - Overseeing the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures, coordinating with construction teams and clients.

MSc or BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities:  - Develop project Detailed Implementation Plans (DIP) and procurement plans, ensuring alignment with project timelines and donor requirements. - Plan, design, and implement all ESNFI and conditional cash provision activities in the assigned intervention areas, ensuring quality and timely execution.
