We are seeking an innovative Power Platform Solution Architect to enhance our business processes through the development and integration of Microsoft Power Platform solutions. This strategic role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions that leverage Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents to optimize workflow, data analysis, and overall business efficiency. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop automation strategies.

• Develop and deploy custom applications using Power Apps, integrating with Office 365, Dynamics 365, and other third-party services.

• Utilize Power Automate to design innovative workflows and automate business processes.

• Create and manage business analytics reports and dashboards using Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.

• Implement Power Virtual Agents to enhance customer engagement through automated responses and intelligent chatbots.

• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards throughout the solution lifecycle.

• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring best practices in scalability, maintainability, and user experience.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft technologies and Power Platform capabilities.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Developer with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform.

• Deep understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.

• Experience with API management, SQL, and data integration techniques.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform or Dynamics 365 are highly desirable.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of Azure cloud services and architecture.

• Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations.

• Familiarity with AI and machine learning implementations within the Power Platform.
