Duties and Responsibilities: - Define quality standards for the creation of products or services.   - Check to make sure the products and services are in compliance with the quality standards, and they coordinate quality improvements. - Maintaining control and traceability of the documentation. - Controlling the numbering, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation produced by technical teams, projects or departments in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.

Education Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Carry out the work orders given by the immediate superiors within the set time limit and quality. - Supervise the surveying, leveling and setting out work on the site. - Inform the construction engineer and contract management department when there is a problem in calculating and considering the correct amount of work according to the design. - Considering the quality of the resources used for work in terms of the specification - Ensuring the correctness of the required inputs in terms of specification and quantity. - Providing solutions to sub-contractors, suppliers and subordinates who are directly involved in work when they face technical problems at work and if it is beyond their ability, inform the immediate superior.

Education Background in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Developing technical designs and structural analyses for scaffolding projects, often using CAD software and conducting site surveys. - Ensuring scaffolding is designed and erected according to relevant safety regulations and industry standards, including Work at Height Regulations (WAHR) and Construction (Design and Management) (CDM) Regulations. - Identifying and mitigating potential hazards associated with scaffolding, developing control measures to minimize risks. - Overseeing the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures, coordinating with construction teams and clients. - Providing technical advice and support on scaffolding-related matters, acting as a point of contact for scaffolding knowledge and product expertise. 

BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Coordinate and Conduct Internal Material inspections with subcontractors to verify the compliance to the specifications. - Coordinate and conduct material inspections with consultant. - Ensure all rejected materials from internal and consultant inspections are tagged and removed from the site. - Coordinate and conduct internal work inspections with subcontractor to verify the compliance to drawings and specifications.

MSc or BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 8 years of Specific Experience in Building (Mid-rise to high-rise) construction supervision.
