Job Title: Operations Manager – Restaurant

Location: summit CMC, Addis Ababa 

Employment Type: Full-time

Availability: Must be available for both day and night shifts

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, experience in restaurant management, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency.

  • Manage and supervise kitchen, service, and cleaning staff to maintain smooth workflow.

  • Monitor food and beverage quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

  • Implement and maintain restaurant policies, procedures, and standards.

  • Handle inventory management, ordering supplies, and reducing wastage.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

  • Resolve customer complaints and enhance customer experience.

  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance.

  • Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.

  • Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and operational efficiency.

  • Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Job Requirements

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in restaurant operations management

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant operations management.

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant management software is a plus.

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask efficiently.

  • Flexible availability for day and night shifts.
