Job Description

Key Accountabilities 

  • Assist the end-to-end recruitment process like Job Posting, Screening and Interviews  

  • Prepare induction and onboarding plan and documentation for new hires 

  • Maintain proper communication between management and employee 

  • Maintain employee records, HR Databases and documentation 

  • Handle employee benefits, leaves, and attendance management.

  • Manage HRIS and properly administer attendance system 

  • Support the performance appraisal process and monitor employee performance metrics.

  • Coordinate talent development and management strategies 

  • Identify training needs and assist in organizing training sessions.

  • Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely salary disbursement.

  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities  

Job Requirements

Qualification 

  • BA Degree in Business Administration or related Fields 

    Experience 

  • 3 years experience in Manufacturing and Trading Industries
