Position: Database Associates (Intern)
Note: The internship position has the potential to become a full-time, ongoing role.

Job Requirements
Experience: Not Required
Recent graduates in Computer/ Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related fields
Duties and Responsibilities:
Here are the responsibilities of the role:
Train employees at different offices and construction sites on the system
Work on system troubleshooting and issue reporting
Install and troubleshoot software and operating systems
Enable users to resolve basic issues on their own
Make sure correct data is being encoded according to protocol
Handle data encoding
Technical Skills required
Basic IT Support – Installing, troubleshooting software, operating systems and IT infrastructure (Routers, Modems, Desktops etc.).
Issue Reporting & Debugging – Identifying and documenting system issues.
Understanding of SQL and how data is stored and managed
Basic Programming Skills in JavaScript, HTML and CSS is a plus
Employee Training & Support – Teaching employees how to use the system effectively.
Clear Communication – Explaining technical issues in simple terms.
