Relevant qualifications with previous kitchen or butchery experience Duties & Responsibilites: - Ensures that proper techniques of filleting fish, cleaning of seafood, cutting of all meat. - Ensures that proper recipes and costings are implemented within the Butchery section. - Structures and operates the Butcher department based on HACCP / ISO guidelines, ensuring the highest level of hygiene, food storage and personal sanitation of all employees working in the Butchery. -Establishes conversion recipes according to the outlet guidelines.

Experience in Food Technology or related field with a hands-on experience in industrial bakery, patisserie, or chocolate production. Duties & Responsibilites: - Give demonstrations with Puratos products, finished goods and concepts in order to create close relationships with the customers. - Actively look for customer needs and market trend and translate these into inspirational products. - Promote the focus products according to the Puratos Product Strategy - Help colleagues and customers build technical knowledge on Puratos products, technologies and solutions. - Contribute early on in the development process to product development in close collaboration with the R&D and Sales department.
