The Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the department by executing various tasks across projects. This position focuses on generating market insights, analyzing data, and ensuring the smooth coordination of project activities. The Associate will be responsible for organizing meetings, preparing reports, and conducting research to provide valuable insights that inform strategic decisions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1.    Project Support:
o    Assist the Project Manager in the execution of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
o    Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
o    Help manage project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
2.    Market Research and Insights:
o    Conduct research and analysis to generate market insights reports.
o    Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market based on data collected.
o    Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and business strategy.
3.    Data Analysis:
o    Collect, analyze, and interpret data relevant to project objectives.
o    Create reports and presentations to summarize key findings and recommendations.
o    Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all analysis and reporting.

4.    Meeting Coordination:
o    Organize and schedule project meetings, including internal and external stakeholder meetings.
o    Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
o    Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project team members.
5.    Administrative Support:
o    Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
o    Assist in the preparation of project-related materials and ensure they are properly filed and accessible.

Job Requirements

Education: BSC Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in project support, data analysis, or market research is preferred.
