Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Development Studies, or Sociology, Social Work or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with local communities, traditional authorities, local government, NGOs, and other stakeholders. - Organize and coordinate community meetings, forums, and awareness campaigns, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up on action items. - Support the planning and implementation of livelihood restoration activities for project-affected individuals and groups.
