Master's Degree in Child Protection, Protection in Humanitarian Action, Social Work or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Support the development of needs assessments and the analysis of findings, with a focus on protection mainstreaming and GESI considerations. - Lead protection risk assessments relevant to proposed interventions. - Ensure that his/her team members attend training and awareness sessions and carry out the duties in accordance with PIN Code of Conduct and Key policies. 

Master's Degree in Public Health or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead the development of detailed project implementation plan and ensure its quality program implementations  - Provide strategic technical leadership to the project team and partners (including PSI and local partners) to ensure the high-quality execution of community MNCH and FP interventions. - Lead evidence-based advocacy efforts for the revision of national and sub-national policies and strategies related to community MNCH service delivery through the community structures.

Bachelor Degree in Development Studies, Community Development, Gender or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Strengthen village and kebele institutions to plan, implement, and evaluate business, climate resilience, and gender-transformative initiatives. - Deliver structured training, coaching, and learning sessions to enhance gender awareness, business skills, and community development practices. - Mobilise communities to adopt water management, hygiene and sanitation practices, fuel-efficient stoves, and agroecological practices at farm and village levels.
