Under the direct supervision of the BDD Manager, the Presales Engineer will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and assisting in the development and presentation of customized solutions for clients. This role involves working closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, develop technical proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure solutions align with client needs. The Presales Engineer will also support the RFP process, assist in preparing technical documents, and contribute to the successful closure of sales opportunities by translating client requirements into feasible technical solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop Request for Proposal (RFP) and Terms of Reference (ToR)-compliant business and technical proposals.

2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business and technical requirements.

3. Provide expert technical advice on selecting, configuring, and implementing enterprise solutions.

4. Collaborate with vendors to secure competitive prices and favorable terms for clients.

5. Conduct product demonstrations and provide customer training to ensure successful product implementation.

6. Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and design compelling solutions.

7. Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and support the sales team to close deals and meet targets.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide innovative solutions. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards.

9. Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and process improvements related to solution architecture.

Job Requirements

Education
BSc. in computer science/ Electrical and computer engineer or relevant field of study
Work Experience: 
 2-3 years of experience in a presales role within the Enterprise industry,          

Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of ICT infrastructure solutions, including networking, data centers, cloud, and security.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design customized solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and technical documentation tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Familiarity with tender management software and project management tools is a plus.
- Motivated to learn and share knowledge with the team.
