Diploma or Certificate in Food and Beverage control n a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: -  Monitor food and beverage costs daily, weekly, and monthly - Track inventory levels and perform regular stock audits - Analyze consumption, waste, and variances - Review invoices, purchase orders, and supplier pricing - Ensure correct portioning and standardized recipes - Prepare cost reports for management - Verify receiving procedures and minimize loss or theft - Perform month-end inventory and reconciliation - Recommend cost-saving strategies and process improvements Required Skills: -  Strong Excel and data analysis skills -  Strong Excel and data analysis skills - Knowledge of inventory systems and POS software - Understanding of food and beverage operations - Excellent communication and organization skills - Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
