Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management, Hotel Operation, Food and Beverage Service or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for doing all preparations before and during the service, like preparing tables and polish cutlery. - Have an extensive knowledge of the menus and other F&B outlets. - Serving in either conference rooms or F&B outlets if required.
