PhD or MA Degree in Law, Political Science, Human Rights, Project Management, Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide a draft decision to the management Board when adjudicating cases. - Compile, review and manage electoral complaints lodged against the NEBE - Lead on the development of reports on electoral cases based on analysis and the decisions issued at investigative and hearing stages

BA Degree in Law or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling the legal counseling  and litigation  activities of the Holding Company and its subsidiary companies; - Handling and coordinating the overall legal activities of the Investment Holding Company; - Providing advice to functional units of the Holding Company and subsidiary companies on high level legal matters concerning their operation;

MA or BA Degree in Law or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 4 years in a leadership role. Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee the management of cases where NEBE is the adjudicating body and perform legal duties, such as receiving complaints, notification, and collection of evidence, analysis of the issues and preparation of hearings. - Provide a draft decision to the management Board when adjudicating cases. - Compile, review and manage electoral complaints lodged against the NEBE
