We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business law, corporate law, contracts, and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and draft contracts, corporate documents, and legal opinions.

• Assist in company registrations, corporate restructuring, and regulatory compliance.

• Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses.

• Represent clients before regulatory bodies and in negotiations.

• Support senior attorneys in transactional matters.

Job Requirement

Qualifications & Skills

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.

• 1-3 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or business law.

• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Amharic.

• Experience in regulatory compliance, investment law, or contract negotiation is an advantage.
