Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Computer skill: Mandatory Duties & Responsibilities: - Oversee daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. - Ensure compliance with tax laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. - Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management. - Lead monthly reconciliations (bank, receivables, payables, and inventory). - Support external and internal audit processes. - Supervise junior accountants and ensure accuracy in their work. - Provide management with insights to support financial decision-making.
