We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and team leadership.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.

• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

• Ensure compliance with local, and federal tax regulations.

• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

• Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.

• Support ad-hoc financial projects and reporting as required.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 6/5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.

• Proficiency in accounting software (Peachtree) and advanced Excel skills. ERP skill is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
