TVET in General Mechanic or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Advantageous: Experience in preform production factories or as a mechanic on injection molding machines will be a strong plus. Duties & Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor production machines to maintain smooth workflow. - Assist senior mechanics in routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. - Ensure machines are properly cleaned, lubricated, and adjusted for optimal performance. - Report equipment malfunctions or irregularities promptly to the supervisor. - Maintain safety, quality, and cleanliness standards in the work area. - Support continuous improvement initiatives and preventive maintenance programs. Required Skills: - Basic understanding of mechanical systems and industrial machinery. - Strong attention to detail and safety awareness. - Ability to work under supervision and as part of a team. - Willing to work both day shift and night shift as assigned.
