Responsibilities

  • Managing Executive’s Schedules and booking meetings

  • Ensuring the smooth function of the executive office

  • Organizing and Maintaining files and records

  • Preparing letters and agreements

  • Answering and forwarding phone calls

  • Provide Administrative Support

  • Proven Experience as executive secretary

  • Strong organizational and time management skill
