Job Description

The Trainee Marketing Officer will assist the marketing team in implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and supporting promotional activities. This entry-level position is designed to provide practical experience and training in various aspects of marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

  • Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.

  • Help manage social media accounts and engage with followers to enhance brand visibility.

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide feedback.

  • Assist in organizing promotional events and activities to boost brand awareness.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

  • Attend training sessions and workshops to develop marketing skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
