Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for a Manufacturing Monitoring and Follow-up Manager on behalf of a private company. 
The Industry Monitoring and Follow-up Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple production processes (iodized salt factory, agro processing, coffee and tea processing, resort, still mill factory, and projects), ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing operations, and tracking market trends. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic planning, and coordination across different manufacturing departments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Monitors trends across multiple manufacturing sectors (e.g., automotive, chemical, energy, machinery, etc.) 

• Analyzes supply chain fluctuations, raw material pricing, and emerging technologies.

•  Provides management with insights on competitive positioning and business growth opportunities.

•  Ensures compliance with industry regulations, environmental laws, and safety standards.

•  Works closely with regulatory bodies and certifying agencies.

• Implements policies to maintain product quality and operational efficiency across multiple manufacturing lines.

• Tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for

Job Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Management, or BA in Mechanical Engineering + MA in Business Administration.

•  7–10 years of experience in industry monitoring, compliance, quality assurance, or related fields.

• Experience in regulatory compliance, audits, and follow-up management is often preferred.
