We are looking for a fast-learning AI Developer (Python) with at least 2 years of experience to join our AI team. This role requires someone who can quickly grasp new concepts, learn from the existing AI team, and progressively work independently on AI model development and implementation. You will have the opportunity to contribute to real-world AI solutions while enhancing your expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the existing AI team to develop and implement AI models.

• Quickly learn and adapt to AI frameworks, tools, and best practices.

• Assist in data preprocessing, model training, and testing, leading to independent model development.

• Contribute to the deployment and optimization of AI models.

• Develop AI-powered applications using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Research and apply latest advancements in AI and ML to improve existing systems.

• Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to integrate AI solutions into applications.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in AI/ML development.

• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML libraries.

• Ability to learn quickly and apply new AI concepts effectively.

• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus.

• Experience  of API integration and model deployment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently after initial training. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to MLOps practices (model monitoring, retraining).

• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.

• Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
