Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the G/manager/or other assigned leadership staff.

  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents for G/manager.

  • Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.

  • Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.

  • Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of G/manager Performs office tasks including maintaining records.

  • Performs additional duties as assigned by G/manager.

Job Requirements

Educational background 

  • Secretarial science Or management BA degree/Diploma 

Work Experience 

  • 4 years relevant experience 2 years in executive secretarial For BA degree

  • 6 years relevant experience 2 years in executive secretarial For Diploma
