Education Background in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Developing technical designs and structural analyses for scaffolding projects, often using CAD software and conducting site surveys.  - Ensuring scaffolding is designed and erected according to relevant safety regulations and industry standards, including Work at Height Regulations (WAHR) and Construction (Design and Management) (CDM) Regulations.  - Identifying and mitigating potential hazards associated with scaffolding, developing control measures to minimize risks.  - Overseeing the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures, coordinating with construction teams and clients. 

BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Gender: Male Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee daily construction activities on site. - Ensure all work follows drawings, specifications, and standards. - Coordinate with engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and workers. - Monitor progress to ensure tasks meet schedule requirements. - Inspect materials and workmanship regularly. - Ensure correct construction methods and procedures are followed. - Report defects and ensure corrective actions are taken. - Enforce site health & safety regulations. - Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings. - Ensure site resources are used efficiently. - Maintain daily site reports.

BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead, plan, and oversee all activities for the two-tower apartment construction project. - Supervise and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and site workers. - Ensure construction complies with approved designs, technical specifications, and Ethiopian building codes.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 4 years in similar position.
