Duties & Responsibilities:

• Travel Arrangements:

  • Book and confirm flights, accommodations, transportation (e.g., buses, trains, taxis), and other tour-related services.

  • Create and manage detailed itineraries for tours, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Communicate effectively with tour participants regarding travel arrangements and any changes or updates.

  • Handle visa and passport requirements for international tours.

• Logistics Coordination:

  • Coordinate with tour guides, drivers, and other tour staff to ensure smooth operations.

  • Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers (e.g., hotels, transportation companies, tour operators).

  • Handle any logistical issues that arise during tours, such as delays, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of all travel and logistical arrangements.

• Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service to tour participants, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Ensure that tour participants receive all necessary information and documentation in a timely manner. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or similar role.

•  Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software.

• Knowledge of travel regulations and procedures.

• Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions.

• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
