Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Travel Arrangements:
Book and confirm flights, accommodations, transportation (e.g., buses, trains, taxis), and other tour-related services.
Create and manage detailed itineraries for tours, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Communicate effectively with tour participants regarding travel arrangements and any changes or updates.
Handle visa and passport requirements for international tours.
Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate with tour guides, drivers, and other tour staff to ensure smooth operations.
Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers (e.g., hotels, transportation companies, tour operators).
Handle any logistical issues that arise during tours, such as delays, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of all travel and logistical arrangements.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service to tour participants, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure that tour participants receive all necessary information and documentation in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software.
Knowledge of travel regulations and procedures.
Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions.
Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
