LonAdd HR Consultancy Plc (www.lonadd.com) is a Recruitment & Outsourcing Company based in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia, with branch offices in Dukem, Hawassa and Bahir Dar. We are looking to recruit a Project Manager to join On Behalf of Our Client.
Job Location: Addis Ababa
Number required:- 1 (One)
We require a person to manage properties, which could be residential or commercial, on behalf of the property owners.
Promoting the property for leasing.
Reporting and arranging all maintenance and repairs to the building.
Supervising maintenance and repairs and signing off approval.
Ensuring that all rents are being collected and recorded in the proper manner.
Supervising the security and cleaning teams in the building.
Dealing with any tenant issues or complaints.
Be on call outside of office hours to deal with any urgent issues.
Liaising with Head Office and reporting on a regular basis all matters concerning the property.
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate should have managerial skills with some engineering knowledge with at least 5 years work experience.
They must be dynamic, disciplined, organized, presentable and have an understanding personality.
A good command of the English language is essential.
