We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Chinese Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Communication & Problem Resolution:

    • Engage with customers in Chinese and English to understand their service needs and resolve any issues.

    • Communicate clearly with customers to offer solutions and ensure a positive experience.

    • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any ongoing issues, ensuring prompt deal closures.

  2. Quotation and Documentation:

    • Prepare accurate price quotations and necessary documentation for clients based on service requests.

    • Provide clear explanations to customers regarding pricing, terms, and conditions to ensure transparency and satisfaction.

  3. Marketing and Business Development:

    • Assist in marketing campaigns to attract new customers and grow the company’s customer base.

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies and initiatives to engage prospective clients.

  4. Customer Service Management:

    • Manage and oversee all customer service activities to ensure that clients receive timely and efficient service.

    • Prepare daily ,weekly and monthly reports regarding customer service activities, performance, and feedback.

    • Ensure timely service scheduling for clients and help them meet their Customer Expectations (CE’s).

  5. Feedback Management:

    • Proactively approach and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

    • Prepare detailed reports based on customer feedback and develop action plans to reduce complaints and improve service quality.

  6. Employee Oversight & Performance Monitoring:

    • Supervise the performance of customer service team members to ensure they meet high-quality service standards.

    • Offer guidance, coaching, and support to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.

  7. Cultural & Behavioral Expertise:

    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Chinese culture, including social norms, values, and consumer behavior, to build rapport and trust with Chinese clients.

    • Analyze investor behavior in the Chinese market to better understand client needs and preferences, helping tailor solutions to meet those expectations.

    • Offer personalized recommendations based on knowledge of cultural and market trends, enhancing the customer experience and increasing satisfaction.

  8. Language Proficiency Requirements:

    • Strong proficiency in both Chinese and English, both spoken and written.

    • HSK 5 certification in Chinese language required.

    • A degree in English, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Job Requirement

  • Fluency in Chinese (HSK 5 or higher) and English is required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

  • Deep knowledge of Chinese culture, customs, and values.

  • Familiarity with Chinese investor behavior, trends, and market needs.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to prepare reports and action plans to reduce customer complaints and improve service.

  • Degree in English & Chinese Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
