BA Degree or Diploma in a related field of study with relevant work experience Place of Work: On Site/Remote Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage potential customers. - Qualify leads by understanding their business challenges, needs, and potential fit for our solution. - Set up introductory meetings or product demos for the sales team. - Research and identify new prospects, industries, and decision-makers using online tools and databases. - Log all activity accurately and maintain up-to-date records of interactions. - Follow up promptly with inbound leads or marketing-generated contacts. - Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on target accounts. - Meet and exceed weekly/monthly goals for outreach activity, conversations, and meetings booked.
