We are seeking junior accountants to join our finance department. These ideal candidates will have a solid foundation in accounting, with at least one year of experience and familiarity with accounting software. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in financial reporting, accounts management, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.

• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate ledger entries.

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Assist in managing financial transactions and updating financial databases.

• Help prepare reports for internal and external audits.

• Provide administrative support to the senior accounting team as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of professional experience in accounting or finance.

• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Peachtree, or similar).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.

• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
