Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with our company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
Coordinate and manage promotional events and product launches.
Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to optimize marketing efforts.
Collaborate with sales and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and product visibility.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
Manage social media platforms and engage with consumers to build brand awareness.
Support in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and digital content.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of professional experience in a marketing role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with social media marketing and digital campaigns is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for driving brand growth.
