Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.

  • Coordinate and manage promotional events and product launches.

  • Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to optimize marketing efforts.

  • Collaborate with sales and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and product visibility.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.

  • Manage social media platforms and engage with consumers to build brand awareness.

  • Support in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and digital content.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a marketing role, preferably within the FMCG sector.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with social media marketing and digital campaigns is a plus.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for driving brand growth.
