The Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering customized, end-to-end ICT solutions tailored to client requirements. This includes network infrastructure, data center solutions, cloud computing, hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI), wireless access points (WAPs), cybersecurity, physical security, and other enterprise ICT solutions. The role involves extensive pre-sales engagements, technical presentations, proposal development, and post-sales support to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Additionally, the Solution Architect will be responsible for managing client accounts and contributing to business growth through technical innovation and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 5.1. Engage with clients to understand their technical and business requirements, translating them into robust, scalable solution designs.

   5.2. Provide deep technical expertise in designing solutions across multiple domains, including networking, security, cloud, and data center infrastructure.

   5.3.Develop and present detailed solution proposals, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and pricing models.
   5.4. Ensure solutions align with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and security standards.
   5.5. Prepare RFPs and Terms of Reference (TOR) as per client requirements.
   5.6. Attend site surveys and prepare comprehensive technical and financial proposals.
   5.7. Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to clients and stakeholders, articulating solution benefits and differentiators.

   5.8. Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to position solutions effectively.
   5.9. Act as the primary technical advisor and point of contact for clients throughout the solution lifecycle.
   5.10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and vendors, to ensure seamless solution implementation.
   5.11. Guide internal teams on best practices for solution architecture and implementation methodologies.

2. Implementation & Post-Sales Support:
   6.1. Oversee the deployment, configuration, and integration of solutions to ensure successful implementation.
   6.2. Provide post-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
   6.3. Conduct post-implementation reviews and suggest improvements for future projects.

3. Compliance & Knowledge Sharing:
   7.1. Ensure solutions comply with relevant cybersecurity standards, industry regulations, and data privacy laws.
   7.2. Drive internal knowledge-sharing initiatives, including training sessions and technical workshops.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise IT, or presales engineering.

• Extensive hands-on experience with leading vendor technologies

• Proven experience in responding to RFPs, designing technical solutions, and engaging in pre-sales activities.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
