MSc or BSc Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Management, MIS, Business Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Monitor system and network performance, proactively identifying issues and troubleshooting connectivity problems (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, internet).  - Serve as the first point of contact for technical support, assisting internal staff and external customers with a wide range of hardware, software, and application issues. - Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and software.

BSc Degree in Computer Science, IT or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Required Skills: - Computer Software installation and Hardware maintenance is mandatory
