Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collect data from directorates and compile it properly.

  • Submit the compiled data to Head, General Service Division and get approval.

  • Provide proper information to customers at the desk or over the phone.

  • Supplies information to callers and take messages.

  • Checks and ensures that switchboard and circuits are in good working conditions.

  • Accommodates guests of the Company.

  • Prepares reports in related to job and submit to the supervisor.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

 Diploma in Business Management/Personnel Management or other related fields
