Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Social Science, Law or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Provide case management services through high quality and confidential interventions in line with minimum standards for service provision and DRC’s case management SOPs.  - Conduct referrals to relevant services when needed, while implementing the action plan and ensuring appropriate follow up and case closure when appropriate; - Provide counselling for all survivors referred to case management service;

Degree or Diploma in Social Sciences, Law, Social Work, International Development, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop a work plan for the implementation of protection monitoring activities in the identified sites - Carry out the protection monitoring activities according to work plan and allocated budget - Conduct service mapping to determine available services and ensure effective protection services and referrals

Master's Degree in International Law, Development Studies, Political Science, Psychology, Social Work or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2 years of management or technical protection experience working for an international NGO, UN agency or relevant ministry or authority. Duties & Responsibilities: - Provide technical guidance to ensure quality and adherence to national and international protection standards and guidelines. - Manage and technically supervise the Protection officers and assistants under the position and provide leadership, day-to-day support and guidance and build the capacity of protection staff through mentoring and training - Work closely with protection Manager and CO based technical staff to lead in activity planning, procurement of protection and peace building related goods and services, taking responsibility for quality assurance, and ensuring follow up.

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Social Science, Law or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Implement assigned general protection case management activities in line with international standards, best practices and DRC protection monitoring guidelines. - Identify and receive referrals fo individual facing d/t protection risks and provide tailored protection case management, including maintaining strict protocols for safety, international and national standards and procedures, confidentiality and consent; - Conduct intake interviews with individuals identified during outreach work or referred by other agencies and open a case if vulnerability criteria are met.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, Human Rights, Psychology, Law or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Provide daily technical support and guidance to field-based protection teams on GBV and CP interventions (covering case management, MHPSS, cash for protection assistance, community-based protection), including the development of tools, guidelines, and guidance on complex cases. - Provide technical input and quality assurance for proposal development, ensuring GBV and CP priorities are represented. - Represent DRC/implementing partner at sub-national protection working groups (GBV-WG, CP-WG, Case Management Task Force, etc) and other fora as required, in coordination with the Protection Manager;
