Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform mechanical assembly tasks on electric vehicles according to established procedures and quality standards. 

  • Install and connect various mechanical and electrical components, including but not limited to suspension systems, braking systems, steering mechanisms, and basic electrical wiring. 

  • Inspect and test assembled vehicles and components to identify any defects or malfunctions.

  • Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on assembly line equipment.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area. 

  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. 

  • Collaborate with other team members, including engineers and quality control personnel, to ensure efficient and high-quality production. 

  • Assist in the development and improvement of assembly procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Only.

  • Fresh Graduates only.

  • Fluency in Amharic and English.

  • Solid understanding of basic automotive mechanical systems (e.g., suspension, brakes, steering).

  • Basic understanding of electrical principles and wiring.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
