Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Garment Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct capacity studies using bar charts and frequency sheets. - Monitor line balancing, absenteeism, and manpower allocation. - Perform time & motion studies for each operation and update SMV data. - Support QCO (Quick Change Over) monitoring and record changeover times. - Monitor and report downtime reasons daily and recommend improvements. - Update and manage the IE database (SMVs, CMS, style-wise data). - Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and share with Team Leader.
