Dream Orthopedics, Trauma and Spine Center is seeking a highly experienced and  dedicated as an accountant  to collaborate  our team. The ideal candidate will have BA Degree in Accounting and finance , with a minimum of  2  years of experience as a Hospital Accountant  and at least 2 and above  years of experience in Health Services area.

Duties and Responsibilites:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS).

  • General Ledger Management: Oversee the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing variances and providing insights to management.

  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, prepare tax returns, and assist with audits related to taxation.

  • Audit Coordination: Act as a liaison for external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

  • Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

  • Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounting function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Compliance and Regulation: Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards,ensuring the organization remains compliant.

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes within the organization, providing insights on financial performance.

  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments (e.g., finance, operations) to provide financial insights and support business objectives.

These responsibilities require a strong understanding of accounting principles, analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with our company.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and finance and above

  • Expereince: 2 years of experience as a Hospital accountant , with progressive leadership experience in a hospital setting and experience in a Health care area, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills.
