Key Responsibilities

As our Communications Officer, you will:
• Create engaging, on-brand content for newsletters, social media, web, and marketing
materials.
• Lead the social media strategy, scheduling, engagement, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with a talented media team to produce photo, video, and visual stories that
highlight school life and impact.
• Coordinate internal communications to keep students, families, and staff informed and
inspired.
• Support major events and campaigns — from concept to coverage.
• Be the voice of ICS during both celebratory moments and times of crisis, delivering clear and consistant message

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
• Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a communications role, ideally within an educational or
international setting.
• Proven track record in creating content for newsletters, websites, social media, press
releases, and internal communication in English — supported by a strong writing portfolio.
• Experience managing communication during crisis situations.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms: social media management systems, CMS,
analytics tools, etc.
• Ability to interpret data and analytics to improve engagement and reach
