Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Grasp of complex network, desktop, server, telephony, backup and application and database technologies.

  • Knowledge of the hotel property management systems

  • Good relationship management skills, Ability to relate to people at all levels internally and externally with a strong client-service focus.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate technical ideas and concerns in a non-technical manner.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology and related fields

• Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience is required (Hotel experience is preferable)
