Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Provide first-level support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, including desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device issues. - Log and track all support requests and incidents in the helpdesk system.
