Duties & Responsibilities:
Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s goals and target customer base..
Conduct regular market research on product base
Coordinate and follow up sales staff with in the department
Provide detailed sales report.
Lead and motivate the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals
Use customer data and feedback that enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Work closely with other departments such as operations, finance to support overall business objectives.
Job Requirements
BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Economics, Sales or similar field and 6 years and above relevant work experience in the manufacturing industry preferably in the food industry,at least 2 years work experience as a division head.
