Job Description
Material Management: Responsible for the daily management of all vehicle-related materials, including tires, engine oil, spare parts, tools, etc.
Warehouse In/Out Management: Strictly implement the warehouse entry and exit registration system; establish accurate inventory ledgers and ensure alignment between records and physical stock.
Parts Inspection: Inspect and verify the quantity and quality of incoming parts to ensure they meet required standards.
Inventory Counting: Conduct regular inventory counts and promptly report inventory status and shortages.
Safe Storage: Maintain warehouse cleanliness and order; ensure proper categorization and storage of materials to prevent loss or damage. Maintenance Coordination: Issue required parts and materials in a timely manner based on the requests of the maintenance supervisor and technicians.
Data Reporting: Submit monthly reports on inventory movement, stock levels, and material consumption.
Procurement Requests: Submit material purchase requests to the procurement department based on current stock levels.
The initial work location will be in Gelan, and the location will be relocated to the Kality area at a later stage.
Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
Ability to use office software (Excel, Word, etc.) proficiently for inventory and report tasks.
Capable of strictly following company rules and policies.
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous warehouse or fleet-related materials management experience is a plus.
