Job Title: Division Manager - Foreign Procurement

No of Candidates: 1

Workplace: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Terms of employment: Permanent

Salary: According to company's Scale

Reports to: Director, Procurement Department

Duties and Responsibilties:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end foreign procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, contract management and import coordination

• Identify and develop relationships with international suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of equipment, spare parts and raw materials

• Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements

• Develop procurement strategies aligned with the company's operational and financial goals

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, Purchasing, Business Administration, Business Management or in a related field of study

• A postgraduate degree is an added advantage

• A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, out of which 5 years must be at a managerial level in foreign procurement

• Strong knowledge of international procurement laws, Incoterms and import-export regulations

• Excellent communication, negotiation and supplier relationship management skills

• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems is an asset
