Job Description
The Junior IT Specialist provides technical support and assists in maintaining IT systems and networks. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in IT operations while supporting senior IT staff in managing infrastructure and resolving user issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining IT hardware and software.
Provide first-line technical support to employees and troubleshoot basic IT issues.
Support network and system administration tasks.
Assist in implementing IT security measures and best practices.
Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper documentation.
Work closely with the senior IT team to support various projects.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in IT.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering or related field (or relevant certifications).

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
