Job Description
The Senior IT Specialist is responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure, managing system security, and providing high-level technical support. This role involves strategic planning, implementation of IT solutions, and mentoring junior IT staff to ensure optimal performance of IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain IT systems and networks.
Ensure system security and data protection through best practices.
Troubleshoot complex IT issues and provide timely resolutions.
Lead IT projects, including software and hardware upgrades.
Develop and enforce IT policies and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to align IT with business needs.
Provide mentorship and training to junior IT staff and Customer on new devices and technologies.
Maintain IT documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT project management (on-site), network administration, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of system security, firewalls, and data management.
Experience with cloud computing, virtualization.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities
