The Senior IT Specialist is responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure, managing system security, and providing high-level technical support. This role involves strategic planning, implementation of IT solutions, and mentoring junior IT staff to ensure optimal performance of IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain IT systems and networks.

• Ensure system security and data protection through best practices.

• Troubleshoot complex IT issues and provide timely resolutions.

• Lead IT projects, including software and hardware upgrades.

• Develop and enforce IT policies and standard operating procedures.

• Collaborate with other departments to align IT with business needs.

• Provide mentorship and training to junior IT staff and Customer on new devices and technologies. 

• Maintain IT documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT project management (on-site), network administration, or related roles.

• Strong knowledge of system security, firewalls, and data management.

• Experience with cloud computing, virtualization.

• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Strong leadership and communication abilities
