Educational Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks and operations. - Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies). - Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates for updates, and communicating with candidates for interview. - Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation. - Prepare HR related documents such as contracts, letters, and reports. - Draft, prepare, and issue HR related documents such as contracts, offer letters, confirmation letters, and notices. - Help track employee attendance and other HR metrics.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist in posting job vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews. - Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documents and conducting orientation. - Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical files). - Track employee attendance, leave requests, and absences. - Assist in preparing HR letters, memos, and internal notices. - Help coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
