Job Description

Job Requirement

  • Education: BA/BSC degree in Management, Accounting, Marketing, Economics or other related fields of study  from a recognize University

  • Experience: A minimum of 5(five)  year of  relevant work experience  in insurance Company

  • Insurance Experience  are preferable

Additional qualities & abilities required: –

  • Considerable knowledge of insurance business

  • Knowledge of company claims policies, procedures and claim investigation techniques

  • Ability to verify appropriateness of payment request

  • Assesses, reviews, studies and analyses all claim notification and report to the division manager

  • Prepare payments for repair cost or claims due to paid

  • Verifies, certificate, invoices, court decisions and other documents of claims

  • Thorough knowledge of the principles of purchasing and supplies management

  • Knowledge of transport and warehouse management

  • Ability to direct and coordinate diverse tasks

  • Good knowledge of insurance business

  • Good knowledge of survey techniques

  • Ability to undertake pre-risk and post risk assessments

  • Analytical and investigation skills

  • Good human relations and communication skills
