Job Description
As the Cost Accounts Head, you’ll oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost optimization for Getas Real Estate’s projects. Your expertise will ensure we maximize efficiency and maintain strong financial health across all developments, Cost Accounting Head Responsible for setting up and maintenance of accurate process cost information, Reconciliation of standard costs to actual cost, participating in the month end close and budgeting process and assisting the senior Cost accountant and day to day operations and reporting requirements. This position will be responsible for developing, maintaining an effective cost accounting system to reduce cost and improve overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
Setting up and maintenance of accurate process cost information,
Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with project managers to align financial and operational goals.
Work with a talented finance team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
BA degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
6+ years in cost accounting, preferably in real estate or construction.
Advanced expertise in accounting software and ERP systems (Excel, Peachtree, Accpac, Odoo or SAP).
