Job Description
As the Planning & Evaluation Engineer at Getas Real Estate, you’ll be the driving force behind our project timelines, resource optimization, and performance analysis. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for new projects.
Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (construction, finance, design) to optimize resource allocation.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
3+ years of experience in construction planning, scheduling, or project controls.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD .
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
