As the Project Manager, you’ll oversee the entire lifecycle of Getas Real Estate’s construction projects—from planning to handover. Your expertise will ensure our developments meet quality, safety, and client expectations; this is your opportunity to drive meaningful change in a highly dynamic industry with competitive compensation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
Preparing material list for procurement
Coordinating activities of various subcontractors
Preparing payment certificates
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or related fields.
8+ years in real estate/construction project management.
Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
Expertise in project management and data analysis tools such as (Excel and MS project).
