Job Description
Under the general direction and guidance of Head, Customer Service Division, Assist senior customer service officer in improving customer service work procedures. Assist senior customer service officer in the preparation of a clear customer service mission and strategies focused towards that mission. Keep accurate records and document of customer service actions and discussions.
Perform all work competently and efficiently and promote a positive image of Company to the public.
Assist senior customer service officer in improving customer service work procedures.
Assist senior customer service officer in the preparation of a clear customer service mission and strategies focused towards that mission.
Assist senior customer service officer in the development of customer service procedures, policies and standards and submit to Deputy General Manager- operation.
Keep accurate records and document of customer service actions and discussions.
Assist senior customer service officer in the analysis of statistics and compile accurate reports.
Assist senior customer service officer in the study of customer service developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
Participate in the preparation of budget of the division.
Performs other function as required.
Under the general supervision of the head, Collection and Disbursement Division, receives incoming cash, checks it against slips or other documents, prepares money for deposit at bank and arranges withdrawals; verifies cash held against records
Education
BA in Marketing Management/Business Management or other related fields
