BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities - Provide full-time on-site supervision of construction works for the B+G+8 building. - Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and contract requirements. - Implement quality control procedures, inspections, checklists, and hold points for key activities. - Verify materials, workmanship, and methods comply with standards and approved submittals. - Prepare daily site records and weekly/monthly progress reports (physical and financial). - Monitor project schedule, productivity, and resource deployment; flag delays and propose recovery plans. - Check measurement sheets, IPCs/Running Bills, and certify quantities executed on site. - Review variation requests, claims, and site instructions with proper documentation support. - Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and authorities as needed. - Ensure RFIs are raised and closed properly; support approvals of shop drawings/material submittals. - Assist in cost control by tracking changes and material usage.

Educational Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead daily operations for assigned road section, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. - Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to maintain workflow efficiency. - Monitor progress against schedule and proactively address delays or resource bottlenecks. - Enforce quality control standards and conduct inspections in collaboration with QA/QC teams. - Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations. - Address non-conformities and implement corrective actions. - Manage labor, equipment, and material allocation for optimal productivity. - Track section-level expenditures and support cost-saving initiatives. - Validate subcontractor invoices and material requisitions. - Liaise with consultants, client representatives, and internal departments for approvals and reporting. - Prepare and present section progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders, design team, authorities, utilities and associated organizations. - Responsible for executing & implementing technical documents, drawings & quality, safety, and site supervision. - Works under the direct command and management of an Engineers/Managers.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Urban Engineering, Construction Technology & Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepares technical and financial documents for different construction bids - Preparing schedules payment certificates and office follow up of the works

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 7 & Above work Experience in similar position & Experience in Construction Company is Advantageous.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 9 & Above years of work Experience in a managerial position (s) & Construction Company is Advantageous.
