Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field of study Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist in conducting risk assessments and gathering risk-related data. - Support the creation and implementation of risk mitigation plans.  - Help monitor project risks and ensure proper documentation of risk management activities.  - Provide support for risk reporting and updates.  - Collaborate with project teams and other departments for timely identification and management of risks. 

BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities - Provide full-time on-site supervision of construction works for the B+G+8 building. - Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and contract requirements. - Implement quality control procedures, inspections, checklists, and hold points for key activities. - Verify materials, workmanship, and methods comply with standards and approved submittals. - Prepare daily site records and weekly/monthly progress reports (physical and financial). - Monitor project schedule, productivity, and resource deployment; flag delays and propose recovery plans. - Check measurement sheets, IPCs/Running Bills, and certify quantities executed on site. - Review variation requests, claims, and site instructions with proper documentation support. - Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and authorities as needed. - Ensure RFIs are raised and closed properly; support approvals of shop drawings/material submittals. - Assist in cost control by tracking changes and material usage.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders, design team, authorities, utilities and associated organizations. - Responsible for executing & implementing technical documents, drawings & quality, safety, and site supervision. - Works under the direct command and management of an Engineers/Managers.

BSc Degree in Civil engineering, Construction Technology and Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 1 year on a senior position in similar discipline of work Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for building projects. - Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings using digital tools. - Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify scope, risks, and opportunities.

Education Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepare specialized testing plans (e.g., subgrade filler mixing and improvement plans). - Lead key testing and inspections, guide technicians. - Analyze test data, prepare and review test reports. - Responsible for maintenance and calibration verification of assigned instruments.
