MSc or BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the overall project implementation plan. - Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth communication and workflow. - Prepare work schedules, procurement plans, and progress targets.

BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, construction Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations on the construction site. - Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to the project Manager. - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for interior works (gypsum ceiling, partitions, joinery, finishes, MEP coordination, etc.).  - Review and verify drawings and site measurements for payment certification.  - Monitor project budgets, track variations, and prepare cost control reports. 

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience.
