Bachelor’s Degree in public health, Environmental Health, Public Health Nursing or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Organise and lead hygiene promotion campaigns and awareness sessions within communities, schools, and health centres using participatory methods (e.g., CLTSH, PHAST). - Lead field-level beneficiary targeting, registration, and verification processes in a transparent and accountable manner. - Take water samples from constructed schemes and facilitate water quality tests as required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide overall supervision, technical guidance, and continuous support to DQOs stationed at hub facilities. - Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and feedback sessions with DQOs to discuss progress, challenges, and data quality issues. - Follow up with DQOs to ensure active support of facility staff in using the DHIS2 Tracker app, including data entry, synchronization, and troubleshooting.

Master’s Degree in Public Health or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Develops area team plans and ensures that each staff member in the office also develops annual, quarterly and monthly plans to contribute to timely and effective attainment of plans and objectives of the Project . - It is the responsibility of the manager that all components of the project are implemented and subgrantees working the regions  are monitored and supported actively. - Coordinates all relations with various health administration, and relevant line offices to ensure that plans of the project  in the area are well understood and supported by all concerned.

Master’s Degree in public health, Health Systems, Development Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Strengthen accountability mechanisms including feedback systems and quality standards. Ensure MERLA systems reflect stakeholder accountability and support adaptive management through data use. - Collaborate with government, partners, and communities to build MERLA and KM capacity. Train internal staff in data management and represent FHF in relevant forums to promote data-driven policy and practice. - Other tasks as requested by your manager.
