MSc Degree in Health Monitoring and Evaluation, Biostatistics and Epidemiology, Social Sciences or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Facilitate collaboration with external research consultants/ consultancy firm throughout the research process. - Support the review and validation of research protocols, data collection tools, and reports led by external consultants, ensuring methodological soundness and alignment with IRC’s MEAL standards. - Ensure alignment between research protocols and the operational realities of the Indigo backpack rollout.

BSc Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health Officer, Nursing or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Support the implementation of the Gates Foundation-funded Indigo Backpack Device introduction and implementation research project in conflict affected regions` woredas adjacent to Gavi REACH sites, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Regional Health Bureaus. - Provide technical assistance for the planning, deployment, and monitoring of Indigo devices introduction, implementation research and utilization ensuring alignment with IRC standards and national protocols.

BSc Degree or Diploma in Public Health, Nursing or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3 years’ experience in a health facility setup.

Master's Degree in Public Health, Health Service Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Strategic Planning: Lead the development of integrated annual implementation plans in close collaboration with government counterparts (Zonal/Woreda Health Offices) and implementing partners. - Operational Planning: Prepare monthly program plans and corresponding budget forecasts for each thematic area to ensure the effective flow of activities. - Local Planning: Provide technical support and contribute to the development of robust, data-informed annual woreda-based planning and review meetings.

Bachelor’s Degree in public health, Environmental Health, Public Health Nursing or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Organise and lead hygiene promotion campaigns and awareness sessions within communities, schools, and health centres using participatory methods (e.g., CLTSH, PHAST). - Lead field-level beneficiary targeting, registration, and verification processes in a transparent and accountable manner. - Take water samples from constructed schemes and facilitate water quality tests as required.
