Master's or Bachelor's Degree in M&E, Health Informatics, Public Health or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Assisting  the project team leader  with development of the M&E Plan for the project, including indicator selection, target setting, reporting, database management, and developing M&E and/ performance monitoring plans. - Lead role in overseeing data collection, collation, storage, analysis, and reporting, ensuring that data is of high quality and audit worthy. - Responsible for supporting the preparation and review of project reports in collaboration with project team.

Master's Degree in Public Health, Health Service Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Strategic Planning: Lead the development of integrated annual implementation plans in close collaboration with government counterparts (Zonal/Woreda Health Offices) and implementing partners. - Reporting: Prepare and submit high-quality, integrated monthly, quarterly, and annual program and financial reports detailing progress, performance metrics, and key achievements against the project work plan. - Excellence Centers: Collaborate closely with the public sector to develop "Centers of Excellence" (COEs) within health facilities for key programmatic areas, promoting standardization and local learning.
